What you'll do

• Install residential and commercial Starlink satellite internet and other broadband equipment
• configure and troubleshoot routers, Wi-Fi, customer-premise equipment, and home networks
• assess sites and determine equipment placement
• mount and secure equipment
• route, weatherproof, and secure cabling
• respond to service requests, replacements, maintenance calls, and support inquiries
• educate customers on equipment and basic troubleshooting
• complete installation and service records, inventory tracking, and project reports
• follow safety, installation, and quality requirements
• travel throughout Alaska for installations and broadband projects.
