What you'll do

• Support daily admissions office operations, including incoming referrals and inquiries
• assist with phone outreach and follow-up with patients, families, referral sources, and healthcare partners
• learn and help coordinate the admissions process from initial inquiry through admission
• track referrals, follow-ups, outcomes, and admissions activity
• support sales, marketing, community outreach, networking events, and center initiatives
• build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community partners
• collaborate with admissions, clinical, operations, and sales teams.
