The Vice President, Operations role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Salary is $155,000–$165,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. CCL Hospitality Group’s service culture centers on supporting the people who care for guests across its operating companies. The VP ensures assigned business operations are efficient and effective by overseeing resources, service delivery, financial performance, compliance, and teams. Building client relationships and developing regional leaders supports consistent hospitality and operational results.

What you'll do

• Meet commitments for client retention and satisfaction, financial performance, regulatory compliance, purchasing, culinary programs, human resources, retail, and marketing
• direct business performance against the company scorecard
• build relationships and identify client needs
• communicate account progress and company programs
• monitor satisfaction surveys
• visit clients and facilities
• build and support regional teams
• address issues at client units
• develop budgets and forecasts
• participate in sales proposals and negotiations
• ensure operations teams perform effectively
• oversee financial, contractual, sanitation, food-safety, and human-resources audits.
