Resource Manager, Family Services

What you'll do

• Screen and intake applicant families
• assess needs and support plans of care and family budgets
• provide life-skills instruction and schedule face-to-face family support
• maintain electronic client files and timely case documentation
• cover peer caseloads as needed
• supervise Resident Assistants, Tutors, and the Advocate Coordinator
• maintain the agency home, inspections, supplies, and budget
• coordinate volunteers and donation records
• communicate with internal and external partners
• participate in public relations activities.
