The Part-Time Recruiter / Field Recruiting Coordinator role combines remote administrative work with local field recruiting and travel in the Tanner, Huntsville, and Decatur, AL area. The coordinator builds candidate pipelines through online sourcing and community outreach, then supports candidates through screening, interviews, and onboarding. The role also maintains applicant records, develops local workforce relationships, and communicates recruiting progress to the Recruiting & Operations team.

What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• distribute recruiting flyers at approved locations
• build relationships with workforce agencies and community organizations
• assist with job fairs and hiring events
• schedule interviews and onboarding
• coordinate background checks and drug screens
• maintain applicant tracking system records and candidate follow-up
• travel locally for recruiting and client-site needs
• report pipeline activity and hiring needs.
