Director of Account Management

The role also manages time-sensitive service issues, monitors portfolio performance, and partners with the VP of Account Management on service standards and team development.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate member relationships
• coordinate trip management and delivery with the operations control center, pilots, maintenance, and cabin teams
• resolve delays, mechanical issues, and recoveries
• monitor portfolio KPIs and member retention risks
• partner on playbooks, training, and service standards.
