The Patient Observation Lead role is onsite at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead daily work of Patient Observation Associates
• coordinate assignments and communicate with associates, staffing resources, client staff, and leadership
• provide float-break coverage where applicable
• communicate policies and procedures
• complete shift reports, break sheets, and patient assignments
• perform associate duties and cross-train in Patient Transport or other departments where applicable.
