The Mission Readiness Trainer, Service role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Pay is $45 per hour. The role provides training support to new and experienced operators and includes a monthly service requirement to maintain proficiency with standard operating procedures. The trainer helps operators learn and apply day-to-day procedures through instruction, demonstrations, coaching, assessments, and performance feedback. The role also supports consistent training by reviewing materials and identifying curriculum confusion or discrepancies with training supervisors.

What you'll do

• Facilitate classroom training, demonstrations, coaching, and feedback on operating procedures
• review daily performance feedback and address deficiencies escalated by on-the-job mentors
• grade hands-on and simulated assessments and provide feedback to supervisors and stakeholders
• conduct formal operator performance audits
• assist with training material updates and review
• work with supervisors to identify curriculum confusion or discrepancies
• complete at least eight hours of Service or Service Associate work per month to maintain SOP proficiency.
