What you'll do

• Lead and mentor embedded software engineers
• manage requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment
• oversee DO-178C compliance, reviews, verification, validation, and documentation
• develop and maintain real-time embedded software
• collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
• guide architecture, tools, processes, configuration management, and coding standards
• coordinate project execution and delivery.
