Senior Construction Estimator

Job overview

The Senior Construction Estimator role is an onsite, full-time position in Fargo, ND. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience. The role supports commercial construction and design-build projects from early planning through project pursuits.

What you'll do

• Develop detailed cost estimates, conceptual budgets, quantity takeoffs, and pricing breakdowns from plans and specifications. Solicit subcontractor and supplier bids, evaluate proposals, and support bidding strategies, RFPs, hard bids, and design-build pursuits. Collaborate with architects, project managers, construction teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Analyze costs, materials, labor, schedules, and risks
• maintain estimating databases and historical costs
• and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Why this role
