Reporting to the Accounting Operations Manager, the specialist supports accurate, timely, and compliant payroll across U.S. and international operations while assisting with accounting processes. The work contributes to reliable financial operations and scalable accounting processes as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end global payroll processing
• prepare U.S. semi-monthly and special payrolls
• coordinate with third-party providers for U.S. and five international payrolls
• maintain payroll records
• respond to payroll inquiries
• prepare payroll journal entries and assist with reconciliations, tax compliance, reporting, and audit documentation
• partner with HR on employee data
• support sales tax, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and other accounting tasks.
