Director of Product

The Director of Product role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with a stated salary range of $170,000–$210,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus of 10%–20%. The role sets product direction and leads product development practices across the portfolio, connecting customer needs, technical feasibility, and company priorities to measurable product and commercial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• partner with software development and technology leaders
• evaluate product opportunities and investments
• inform pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions
• lead the product lifecycle from discovery through release and improvement
• establish product processes, metrics, documentation, and governance
• and lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary team of approximately six.
