The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is an onsite position in Springfield, PA. Pay is $38–$60 per hour. The supervisor supports nursing operations at Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The role exists to provide clinical leadership during assigned shifts, coordinate nursing care, and support staff in delivering safe, timely, and compassionate resident care. It contributes to regulatory compliance, care-plan adherence, and resident outcomes.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care
• provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• prioritize care and support nursing regulations and safety standards.

Why this role

Requires an active, unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license, BLS certification, and at least two years of nursing experience. No previous supervisory experience is required; training will be provided. Listed schedules include full-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. and every-other-weekend 11 p.m.–7 a.m.
