Duties also include facility logs, safety checks, basic cleaning and laundry, and responding to security issues appropriately.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents
• maintain daily occurrence and transaction logs
• note guest needs and coordinate with management
• update maintenance logs
• listen and respond appropriately to resident needs
• monitor cameras and log activity
• conduct building walk-throughs and perimeter checks
• contact dispatch or emergency services for security issues
• perform laundry and simple cleaning.
