What you'll do

• Prepare meals and snacks according to menus, recipes, and production requirements
• serve safe, timely, appropriately portioned meals that meet dietary and nutritional requirements
• provide respectful patient service
• coordinate with clinical, nursing, admissions, and other staff about dietary needs
• maintain kitchen sanitation and food storage procedures
• monitor supplies and report concerns.
