Litigation Attorney

Job overview

The Litigation Attorney role is remote for US-based workers, except in California, Texas, and Florida; occasional travel to Brooklyn, NY or conferences is noted. Compensation is $140,000–$180,000 per year. The attorney will be the first legal hire at Concorda, an AI-native law firm serving startup and small-business clients. The role owns litigation matters from intake through discovery, depositions, and settlement across varied case types. It also supports client relationships and helps shape the firm’s AI litigation platform through product feedback and collaboration with engineers.

What you'll do

• Run litigation matters from intake calls and engagement letters through discovery, depositions, and settlement
• handle defense and plaintiff-side cases
• lead client conversations about legal issues and strategy
• use and provide feedback on Concorda’s AI litigation platform, working with engineers
• adapt to unfamiliar practice areas as the firm takes on diverse cases.
