This role exists to operate and maintain advanced web offset printing equipment while leading press crews to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. The operator oversees press performance, troubleshoots equipment, and mentors team members in a high-volume printing operation.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain web offset presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Lead and direct press crew members.
• Perform press set-ups, make-readies, and routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot press, folder, reel, and stacker equipment.
• Maintain ink and water balance.
• Monitor color consistency and print quality.
