The Landscape Crew Lead (Service Delivery Manager) role is onsite in Hooksett, NH, with regional travel 4–5 days per week and overnight stays as needed. Pay is $21–$24 per hour for candidates with less than three years of directly related experience, or $25–$32 per hour for candidates with at least three verified years. AQUALIS provides stormwater and water-management services focused on environmental compliance and protecting water resources. The crew lead helps keep service work on schedule and supports maintenance and improvement of stormwater systems. The role guides field technicians, documents conditions and work, and identifies issues that may require repair.

What you'll do

• Assist in leading watershed management technicians
• maintain and improve storm drainage systems and ponds
• perform environmental maintenance
• operate landscaping equipment
• remove sediment, trash, and debris
• identify and document drainage issues
• operate and maintain company equipment and vehicles
• complete maintenance and inspection reports and track crew expenses
• coordinate hotel arrangements when overnight travel is required
• attend safety training
• perform physical work in varied weather.
