The Home Support Partner role is an onsite, in-home position serving clients in Frackville, PA, with pay of $10.75–$13.00 per hour. The role exists to support clients with personal care and daily activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and connected. Caregivers contribute through practical assistance, companionship, and support tailored to client care instructions.

What you'll do

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and personal hygiene
• provide mobility assistance
• prepare simple meals and medication reminders as directed
• perform light housekeeping
• offer conversation and companionship
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, or outdoor activities when needed
• follow client care instructions.
