What you'll do

• Build and adjust caregiver and client schedules in the electronic medical record system
• manage open shifts, call-outs, availability changes, and urgent coverage
• identify and resolve staffing gaps
• match caregivers to clients based on availability, location, skills, compatibility, preferences, and care requirements
• and communicate schedule changes to caregivers, clients, and branch leadership. May provide direct personal care services when coverage is unavailable. Occasional after-hours coordination may be required.

Why this role
