What you'll do

• Oversee proposal financial strategy, contract review, Deltek configuration, resource planning, forecasting, invoicing, accounts receivable strategies, work-in-progress management, financial reporting, and compliance with client and agency billing requirements. Coordinate project schedules with financial objectives and staffing plans
• establish documentation and project closeout standards
• improve project controls procedures, reporting, and systems.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience within the A/E/C industry. Deltek Vantagepoint or similar software familiarity is requested; public agency billing experience is a plus.
