The Foundation Repair Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour. The technician supports Helicon’s commercial and residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, and concrete lifting and leveling projects. The role performs hands-on construction tasks and helps project teams complete foundation repair work safely and to schedule. Maintaining equipment and collaborating with the site team contribute to quality work and client service.

What you'll do

• Perform general construction work using hand tools and lifting materials as directed
• assist with crawlspace work, outside drilling, pile drilling, machinery operation, or concrete work
• follow project schedules and work overtime as needed
• maintain equipment daily
• collaborate with team members and work toward agreed-upon KPIs.
