The Registered Nurse (RN) - Quality Assurance is an onsite role based in Newberg, OR, with a base pay range of $50.14 - $77.83 per hour. This position supports the Providence Oregon Regional Shared Services department in maintaining clinical quality and regulatory compliance. This role exists to facilitate performance improvement initiatives, manage compliance with regulatory standards, and mentor department teams. The RN will coordinate multidisciplinary quality projects and provide clinical support to ensure high-quality, patient-focused care across the organization.

What you'll do

• Provides assessment, evaluation and support for all quality initiatives within PHS Oregon.
• Manages initiatives to comply with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
• Collaborates with physician leadership, Directors and Managers in the development and implementation of quality efforts.
• Facilitates and mentors department teams related to performance improvement.
