Lead Contents Technician

Job overview

The Lead Contents Technician role is onsite in Norfolk, VA, with work at customer homes in the Richmond area. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour, with potential monthly goal-based bonuses. The team helps customers recover belongings after property losses such as fire, water, or storm damage. The lead directs a crew of two to four technicians, overseeing careful inventory, packing, cleaning when needed, and transport of customers’ belongings to the warehouse. The work supports restoration of contents and helps customers return to normal after a loss.
