Milton Hershey School is seeking a Residential Living Assistant to supervise and mentor high school seniors, teaching them life skills for independent living.

What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor high school seniors
• teach and role-model life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, healthy relationships
• create and supervise developmental and recreational activities
• accompany students to Sunday chapel services
• collaborate with staff to enhance the program
• provide coverage in student homes as needed.
