Team Lead

Job overview

The Team Lead role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV, and pays $20 per hour. The role supports CAVA restaurant teams in delivering quality food and guest experiences as the company grows. Working with assistant general managers and general managers, the Team Lead guides daily team activity, delegates tasks, reinforces operating and food-safety standards, and supports team-member training and development. The role also helps with restaurant opening and closing, food orders, inventory, cash handling, and guest service.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and support cross-training
• support opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• reinforce food safety and cleanliness practices
• model sound decisions and help resolve issues
• support shift deployment and timely guest service and food presentation.
