What you'll do

• Maintain property listings and photographs
• respond to prospective residents and schedule tours
• explain community features, rental requirements, and leasing steps
• document activity and maintain applicant profiles in AppFolio
• review application files and communicate decisions
• prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins
• track renewals and communicate with residents.
