What you'll do

• Prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications under the direction of nursing leadership and in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state requirements. Maintain medication storage and labeling
• report medication errors, refusals, and reactions
• verify resident identity
• document medication administration and support resident self-administration as directed. Assist residents with hygiene, toileting, and daily living activities, and assist CNAs when needed. A current state CMA certification and CPR certification are required
• weekend and holiday work may be necessary.
