What you'll do

• Bill client accounts accurately and on time
• enter invoice data in Viewpoint and maintain documentation
• generate pro forma invoices and financial reports
• review work orders and obtain missing details
• research payment issues and billing discrepancies
• clarify scope and cost details with technicians
• track technician inventory when applicable
• assist with contract and billing documents
• perform administrative duties as assigned.
