What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounting and month-end close across managed services, professional services, and product resale
• oversee recurring and deferred revenue, billing, margin, and cost-of-goods-sold accuracy
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, cash flow, payroll, and multi-state tax compliance
• coordinate year-end close and outside CPA work
• manage and develop a small finance/accounting team
• lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, KPI reporting, and runway planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; at least 7 years of financial management or accounting experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role; and proficiency with QuickBooks Online. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
