The Director of Nursing role is onsite in Virden, IL. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus a $12,500 sign-on bonus. Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a nursing leader to support quality resident care and staff development. The Director of Nursing oversees daily nursing operations and clinical care, leads and supports nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role coordinates care planning, documentation, training, quality improvement, and survey readiness with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
