What you'll do

• Oversee machine functionality and troubleshoot malfunctions
• perform machine start-ups, changeovers, shutdowns, and emergency breakdowns
• review work orders and material availability
• support training
• relieve operators for breaks
• perform die maintenance
• report resin quality
• work with resin handling equipment
• perform Shift Supervisor responsibilities when the supervisor is absent.

Why this role

The role requires 12-hour shifts; the described night crew works 7 p.m.–7:15 a.m. Crews alternate between three workdays one week and four the next. Two to three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred. Pay is $19.38 per hour.
