What you'll do

• Coordinate residential and commercial moves
• serve as the lead client contact for pre-move planning and move day
• supervise crews and vendors onsite
• conduct pre-move assessments and post-move walkthroughs
• manage inventory, packing logistics, and special-handling items
• coordinate with building management
• resolve escalations
• maintain client records.
