What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and vehicle traffic
• verify authorized entry as directed
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activities. A high school diploma or equivalent and age 18 or older for unarmed roles are required. Badge/access-control and customer-service experience are preferred.
