What you'll do

• Oversee daily field operations from startup through closeout
• review plans, specifications, estimates, and contracts
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and suppliers
• forecast manpower, equipment, and production needs with the Project Manager
• resolve field issues and utility conflicts
• document change-order impacts
• coordinate surveying, testing, inspections, and agency requirements
• maintain daily reports and project records
• monitor costs and productivity
• ensure traffic control and jobsite safety
• lead weekly safety meetings
• supervise foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors
• assist with workforce planning and closeout.
