The Skilled Caregiver – Complex Care role is onsite in Sarasota, FL, supporting a male client with difficult transfers and frequent heavy lifting. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The position is with Homewatch CareGivers of Sarasota & Manatee. The caregiver provides hands-on assistance to a client with complex care needs, including personal care and mobility support. Experience with safe transfer techniques and equipment helps the caregiver meet the client’s needs while working within the client’s schedule and care requirements.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support with transfers, complex personal care, and specialized medical needs
• assist with lifting and mobility support, with help from family members
• use gait belts, Hoyer lifts, pivot transfers, and other mobility techniques
• perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of verifiable hands-on caregiving experience and experience with higher-acuity clients. CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience is preferred; male caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply.
