What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance, appearance, safety, and functionality of owned and leased properties
• coordinate contractors, vendors, utilities, municipalities, and other stakeholders
• assist with budgets, operating expenses, capital plans, and forecasts
• coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and emergency response
• solicit bids and review vendor work and invoices
• maintain property records
• identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, manage risk, and preserve asset value.
