The paralegal supports attorneys handling family law and fiduciary litigation by preparing pleadings and discovery, organizing case documents, assisting with depositions and trials, interviewing witnesses, and filing documents in Maryland and Washington, D.C. courts.

What you'll do

• Draft basic pleadings and discovery requests and responses
• organize, maintain, and review documents for discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and trial
• prepare exhibits and trial materials
• conduct witness interviews and summarize information for attorney review
• electronically file in Maryland and D.C.
