Provide expert geriatric assessment and management recommendations for patients on Medicine, Trauma & Orthopedics, ICU/Critical Care, and Heart Failure teams. Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students in geriatric principles. Engage in scholarly activity and clinical research. Design and implement protocols to reduce hospital-acquired complications.
