The Custodial Team Member role is onsite in Sarasota, FL. Pay is $15.50 per hour. Goodwill Industries Manasota’s custodial team maintains agency facilities and supports safe, clean operations and stewardship of corporate assets. The team member performs routine cleaning and maintenance to keep the facility neat, sanitary, and welcoming. The role also operates and checks custodial equipment, follows safety practices, and may train and supervise trainees in custodial duties.

What you'll do

• Vacuum carpets
• sweep and mop floors and sidewalks
• empty trash and replace liners
• dust fixtures and furniture
• clean and sanitize restrooms, dressing rooms, doors, windows, and break rooms
• replenish restroom supplies
• operate and check custodial equipment
• report damaged equipment and accidents
• follow safety practices
• train and supervise trainees in assigned duties.
