What you'll do

• Complete end-of-day accounting and auditing
• balance and record transactions
• prepare and distribute daily reports
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• process late check-ins and check-outs
• handle cash and card transactions
• balance and secure the cash drawer
• resolve guest-charge discrepancies with other departments
• assist with front desk duties and reservations
• follow hotel policies and escalate issues to management.
