The Mid-Level Start-Up Technician (Service) is an onsite role based in Fullerton, CA, with an hourly pay range of $30.00 - $72.00. This position supports the CoolSys team in providing expert refrigeration and HVAC services to top-tier clients. This role exists to perform start-ups of supermarket refrigeration, heating, and ventilation equipment to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. The technician also assists with energy optimization projects and serves as a subject matter expert for processes and procedures.

What you'll do

• Performs evacuations of parallel racks after verifying pressure tests.
• Performs all EMS wiring and programming for all manufactures of EMS systems.
• Performs full start-up of new parallel refrigeration systems and individual systems.
• Leads small projects such as single case and condenser change outs.
• Assists with EO projects which would include retro-commissioning of supermarkets.
