What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, and display-cooking products according to recipes and procedures
• grill items and keep fried products fresh
• restock display items or assist guests with carved meats when needed
• maintain cooking and holding temperatures
• track inventory and product rotation
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow health department requirements
• provide courteous guest assistance.
