What you'll do

• Manage existing accounts and maintain regular phone and email contact
• negotiate prices and contract terms as needed
• follow up on inquiries and quotations and update the CRM
• conduct post-sales follow-up
• prepare reports on client needs and competitor activity
• handle inquiries, quotation administration, invoicing, filing, and inventory control
• support live chat and marketing activities
• travel occasionally for training, trade shows, or inventory.
