What you'll do

• Support culinary leadership and kitchen staff
• prepare ingredients according to recipes and portioning guidelines
• complete prep tasks accurately
• set up and break down the kitchen
• maintain a clean, sanitary workstation
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
