What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate resident events and larger annual gatherings

• create event calendars and reminders
• manage event supplies, budgets, and expense records
• coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and other staff
• support open houses, marketing initiatives, social media, fitness programs, and community gardens where available
• report event attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
