Experienced Home Health Aide – Companion & ADL Support (Parkinson's Client)

What you'll do

• Provide companion and personal care
• assist with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• support transfers and mobility
• accompany or transport the client as needed
• maintain safety and comfort

• follow the care plan and communicate with the care team.
