What you'll do

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages
• serve and prepare soups, baked goods, and pizza according to company recipes
• greet customers and provide assistance
• process purchases at the register
• answer and route calls
• maintain displays and stock
• handle damaged or spoiled products according to department guidelines
• maintain cafe cleanliness and sanitation
• notify management of safety or equipment issues
• assist with training associates when necessary.
