Marketing Specialist / Direct Support Professional is an onsite, full-time role in Grand Junction, CO. The stated pay is $23 per hour, with a Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM. STRiVE supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through direct support and vocational coaching. The role combines marketing and creative production with direct support, training, and vocational coaching. It creates materials that promote STRiVE’s programs and community presence while enabling supported individuals to participate in creative vocational activities.

What you'll do

• Develop marketing materials for programs, services, events, recruitment, partnerships, fundraising, and organizational initiatives
• design print and digital promotional materials
• photograph programs and events
• plan, record, produce, and edit video
• maintain consistent branding
• assist with social media content and calendars
• train DSPs and supported individuals in creative tools and workflows
• maintain a digital asset library
• follow privacy, confidentiality, authorization, and consent requirements
• provide direct support and vocational coaching
• assist with medication administration and medical care when those responsibilities apply
• respond to emergencies and complete required documentation.
