Multi-Family Residential Maintenance Technician

The Multi-Family Residential Maintenance Technician role is onsite at The Lodge Apartment community in Marysville, WA. Pay is $28–$32 per hour based on experience. The Lodge is a 686-unit residential community where maintenance technicians contribute to resident satisfaction. The technician completes preventive, corrective, and deferred maintenance and prepares apartments for new residents. Timely service requests, unit turns, and upkeep of property and common areas help maintain safe, functional homes and a positive resident experience.

What you'll do

• Complete resident service requests involving appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, and general maintenance
• prepare units for new residents through painting, spackling, flooring, appliance repair or installation, pressure washing, and replacing light bulbs or outlets
• keep property and common areas clean
• maintain and inspect materials, supplies, tools, and equipment
• provide professional customer service to residents
• perform work safely around tools, equipment, and potentially hazardous materials.
